When the lender has enabled sensitive-field redaction for system-generated documents and the document can be redacted, the file is regenerated from the stored document with the selected fields masked and the stored original is never served; otherwise the stored original is streamed. Returns 404 when the document is not attached to a loan or no file is stored.
